Palm Communities has delivered another vibrant, affordable community designed to support families, individuals, and residents with special needs.

Across both phases, Tres Lagos now offers 177 affordable homes, serving households at 30%–60% of Area Median Income. With supportive services from the Riverside University Health System - Behavioral Health, residents will have access to stability, wellness, and opportunity.
