The Continuum of Care (CoC) is comprised of three main bodies - the CoC Membership, the Board of Governance (BoG), and Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) and Coordinated Entry System (CES) Oversight Administrators Council - as well as standing committees and workgroups as created by the CoC.
