If you would like to report substandard conditions in a Riverside County homeless shelter, please use the form below. Once submitted, our office will respond promptly and issue a notice including:

1. Whether the conditions reported constituted a substandard condition consistent with California Health and Safety Code section 17920.3.

2. If the conditions(s) reported are consistent with California Health and Safety Code section 17920.3, a copy of the inspection report.

3. If the inspection results in findings of substandard conditions, a copy of the citation(s) issued.
