The City of Temecula celebrated the grand opening of Vine Creek Apartments, a newly completed 60‑unit affordable housing community located near Old Town Temecula.

This development brings much‑needed, high‑quality affordable housing to the region, offering local families, workers, and seniors earning up to 80% of the area median income a welcoming and stable place to call home. Vine Creek Apartments represents a meaningful investment in Temecula’s future expanding housing opportunities and strengthening the community for generations to come.

Riverside County contributed $2.8 million in Permanent Local Housing Allocation funding to help bring this project to life. Special thanks to Supervisor Chuck Washington for his leadership and commitment in helping guide this community to the finish line.
