Home Rehabilitation Program (RHP)
The Home Rehabilitation Program (HRP Program) addresses housing units, maintain and extend the life of existing affordable housing inventory, correct health, and safety hazards in deteriorated housing units, and improve the quality of life for the mobile home residential population of the Fifth Supervisorial District of County of Riverside. The program offers grants to qualifying income occupant households of up to $50,000 for labor and materials with no Interest & no monthly payments.
TO QUALIFY:

Mobile or manufactured homes must be owner-occupied and situated within a mobile home park. (Land ownership is not required)

Residences must be located within the 5th district.

At Least One homeowner must be either a U.S. Citizen or Qualified Alien.

Total household income may not exceed 65% of the area median by household size.

- Ceiling
- Flooring
- Plumbing
- Accessibility Improvements
- Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
- Air conditioning repairs and/or replacement
Exterior Repairs or Improvements
- Roof Repairs
- Handi-cap accessibility improvements
- Replacement of windows and screen (energy efficiency)
- Replacement of entry doors and security doors
- Repair or replace flashing and gutters.
- Repair or replace downspouts.
- Repair or replace porches and steps.
- Mailboxes, replace numbers to the house.
- Exterior lighting
- Repair or replace damaged and falling fencing (equivalent to existing fencing material)
- Exterior Paint walls and trim (2 colors only)
